I’m looking forward to heading down to the Bury Met for this year’s Big Whistle Festival. I’ll be giving an Improver’s Whistle Workshop on Saturday 7th May at 11.30am where we’ll be looking at how to progress further. Then in the afternoon at 1pm I’ll be giving a workshop on Composition and the Whistle. We’ll look at ways to write a tune, keeping the whistle/flute in mind, and look to completing an original piece.
