The Dot Redmond Memorial Féis, Castlebar, Co. Mayo – 25th September 2011
On Sunday 25th September 2011 I will be playing the music at the Dot Redmond Memorial Féis which is held in Castlebar, County Mayo. It’s a popular féis which attracts large numbers of dancers. I will be playing alongside 4 fantastic Irish dance musicians; Anthony Davis, Kevin Joyce, Colm Keogh and Paul O’Donnell. There will be 9 judges coming from as far away as New Jersey to adjudicate the days’ dancing. I’m looking forward to flying over to Ireland to play the music for this fantastic competition.
