Week 41 #tuneoftheweek is a beautiful tune I’ve just learned written by Gary Innes (Mànran).
I recorded this tune in a session in Glasgow sometime last year. I’m constantly recording tunes in sessions in the hope that some day I’ll get round to learning them all. I’ve currently thousands recorded which is great, never short of something to learn!
I’m still enjoying recording using my new flute mic – I’m delighted with how my recordings are now sounding. If you get the chance have a listen to the recordings with headphones or on good speakers – unfortunately there’s a lot of sound lost with the wee phone speakers.
